Foundation or as most people call it cover up is used to even out your skin tone. Some women have great skin tone so they do not need to use it and others swear by it. There are many shades of foundation; you have to experiment to find which shade is right for you. There is Ivory, medium Ivory, Beige, Tan, Cream, Fair, Light, Linen, Sand, Nude Beige and Natural. The majority of women wear natural, it is not too dark or too light it is almost the perfect shade.

You gently massage the foundation into your cheeks and neck and make sure you don’t see a line around your neck area; make sure you blend it in. Then use the same shade of face powder and lightly and gently blend that into the foundation. Now you are ready to put on your blush. It keep the powder will keep the blush and foundation on longer than it would without it.

Revlon, Cover Girl, Maybelline, M.A.C and Sephora all claim to have all day and ling lasting foundations. So picking a brand is just a matter of preference because if they all claim to do the same thing then you just have to pick your favorite. If that product did not do what it said, you can try another brand. It is all a matter of experimenting and choosing what is right for you.
