Every nine out of ten women never leave the house without make up on. Cosmetics first became popular in the 16th century and over time more and more products came to light, lipstick and white face powder were the first products to be worn as make up. Over the years in the 40’s and 50’s women would not leave the house without it. If they were not wearing the make up they would say “I have to put my face on” and would not let anyone not even their husbands see them out it.

Some women of today are the same way, they want to project a certain image and if people are used to seeing them with make up then they want to keep the image of them in people’s minds. People see celebrities with make up on all the time and when they see them without it then think they look horrible, some women are like that they won’t be caught dead without make up on.

It’s a tough a job getting your make up together and then taking time to put on eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, foundation, face powder, lipstick, lip gloss, lip pencil and blush. Your colors have to match and you want to look your best and as the saying goes, you can’t rush perfection.
